We facilitate introductions between advisors and leads by placing mortgage advisor profiles on widgets and web pages operated through a partner network. We aim to maximise each mortgage advisor's visibility through the partner network channels. We do not guarantee the success or accuracy of these leads.
Quotoro does not warrant that the leads provided will meet your expectations or lead to successful business engagements. The user assumes all responsibility for any business conducted as a result of using our platform.
It is the responsibility of advisors to vet the leads they receive from Quotoro. Advisors should conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any lead. The quality of the lead is outside Quotoro's control and Quotoro does not endorse or verify the authenticity of the leads. Advisors should keep their profiles accurate, up to date and place their ad subscriptions with relevant partner channels to maximise visibility. Advisors promise to adhere to conduct guidelines provided by channel partners and to provide their services with attention to those guidelines. Failure to adhere to channel partner guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent dismissal from the platform. Advisors will be notified of any violations, and continuous or egregious misconduct will result in termination of access. Partners retain the sole discretion to block advisors from their channels, with or without notice.
To use the Services, you must be an FCA-registered mortgage advisor, be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

It is the responsibility of users engaging with advisors to conduct their own due diligence. All payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. In the event of a subscription, your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing period.
